Final Competences of the Study Programme
- Systematically looking up, reviewing and reflecting on the applicability of legislation, scientific knowledge from various sources of information and reports from official agencies in the context of assessing and guaranteeing food safety and public health.
- Set up a suitable methodology and action plan in accordance with the expectations of food safety authorities or actors in the food chain with regard to food safety management of a raw material or end product and risk management of a production process.
- Concisely synthesize, report and substantiate the expected developments and dynamics in food safety and management systems.
- Being able to work independently on the basis of intermediary feedback from experts and critical self-reflection.
