Final Competences of the Study Programme
- Thorough knowledge and insight in the law of financial transactions.
- Ability to apply the principles of the law of financial transactions to specific cases.
- Ability to establish links between the law of financial transactions and other fields of law, in particular contract law.
- Be able to apply and critically assess the legislation, including sustainability issues (over-indebthedness).
- Having awareness and understanding of the implications of the law of financial transactions on society.
