Final Competences of the Study Programme
- Thorough knowledge and insights concerning Belgian and European consumer law.
- Ability to establish links between consumer law and general contract law.
- Skills to apply the knowledge in practice, i.e. solving concrete issues concerning consumer law in a business environment with reference to relevant legislation, doctrine and jurisprudence.
- Ability to analyze the existing legislation critically.
- Create awareness of the impact of rules on consumer protection within society (including sustainability issues).
- Explaining verbally and discussing consumer law questions.
