Final Competences of the Study Programme
- To have a thorough and scientific knowledge of the institutional context (international, European and national) of our environmental policy and of the legislation that protects the environment against pollution in Flanders.
- To have the ability to analyse and valuate laws and other sources of law with regard to the institutional context of the environmental policy and the law against environmental pollution.
- To apply the theoretical knowledge to cases.
- To have the ability to identify and analyse environmental law problems.
- To write down a critical analysis in a paper, with an appropriate sense of synthesis.
