Master of Science in Advanced Dentistry (Endodontics)
The Master of Science in Advanced dentistry aims to train a general dentist to become a highly qualified practitioner who can competently and autonomously practise this special competence within dentistry within a general dental and medical perspective and in a broad social context.

Competence field 1: Expert in oral health care

- To communicate effectively and comprehensibly with patients and their relatives within an empathetic, honest, confidential, and ethically responsible specialist–patient relationship, taking into account diversity factors and the applicable legal framework.
- To communicate digital and written medical information confidentially with dental colleagues and other healthcare professionals, in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
- To actively participate in, and when appropriate, lead a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- To align the provision of specialized dental care with evolving developments in health economics and societal healthcare needs.
- Being able to critically evaluate and adjust his/her own work and that of the healthcare team according to new scientific insights and taking into account prevailing healthcare systems.
