- Use specialized tools, components and instruments in an innovative and effective way.

- Assess complex projects to their value, safety, usability, quality, cost, durability, lifecycle and environmental impact, with understanding of the methodology.
- Work out, independently and in team, the integrated design and technical computation of complex construction from foundation to end result.
- Independently evaluate and select execution methods for the creation of complex structures, both economically and technically, and substantiate the selected method.
- Assess newbuild and renovation projects for safety, building physics comfort, quality, cost and durability.
