What

The Faculty of Bioscience Engineering offers a wide selection of English-taught courses in Human and Animal Nutrition, Food Technology, Food Systems and Applied Microbiology.

Virtually all courses contain theoretical classes and practical exercises and/or laboratory work.

Structure

You will need to select courses for approximately 30 ECTS-credits per semester (half of which are on offer at the faculty of Bioscience Engineering). It might be interesting to consult the courses offered by other Ghent University faculties, such as the Faculty of Sciences, the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, or the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, as they also offer courses that might be relevant for your home degree.
