Postgraduate Hydrography B
The objective of hydrography is to collect and record about the world’s oceans and seas. It is instrumental in the production of nautical charts and provides necessary tools such as tidal predictions, ocean currents … Hydrographers can also predict erosion patterns, the evolution of beaches and are involved in land-winning and offshore activities.
Graduation Fair
Each spring there is a Graduation Fair. It consists of a job fair (with more than 200 different companies) and a Master Fair.

Admission for students holding a Flemish degree
- Admission Subject to an Enquiry into the Suitability of the Holder of the Diploma

Admission for Students holding a Non-Flemish Degree
In order to be eligible, candidates require the following qualifications as a minimum: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Good knowledge of mathematics: differential and integral calculus, matrix algebra, co-ordinate geometry (2 and 3 dimensional), spherical trigonometry, theory of errors, functions, series, complex variables • Good knowledge of physics: units of measure, mechanics, signal modulation, measurement of time, electricity and magnetism, optics, transducers, pressure, electronics.
