Application Deadline (for International degree students)

International students will have to apply via: https://www.ugent.be/prospect/en/administration/application/requirement/postgrad.htm and will have to submit their application package including a motivation letter with CV and two recommendation letters.

Belgian students apply via: https://www.ugent.be/prospect/en/administration/enrolment-or-registration/enrolment.htm and will have to submit their application package including a motivation letter with CV.

There are three deadlines for the submission of applications:

  • July 21st 2025
  • August 12th 2025
  • September 12th 2025

For international students who need a visa: hand in application packages before April 1st.

For students who do not need a visa: hand in application packages before June 1st.

Applications received after these deadlines will be examined by the CALM steering committee on an individual basis.
