Final Competences of the Study Programme
1. To gain a broad insight in basic concepts and theories in management in the functional management areas and to be able to apply them.
2. To gain an understanding of entrepreneurship and to understand the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship.
3. To gain a broad insight in the functioning of companies and enterprises and to understand what management is about.
4. To understand several management concepts and their reciprocal connections.
5. To define and understand the common basic concepts and models concerning the functions and the functioning of the labour market.
6. To analyse and explain the functioning of the Belgian system of social bargaining and the Belgian social security.
7. To define and understand important evolutions on the Belgian labour market.
8. Evaluate and formulate visions concerning topical labour market themes.
